Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays, errors, or interruptions. NeuraEdge assumes no liability for any inaccuracies in the data displayed or any trading decisions made based on that data.
Market conditions, dealer behavior, and gamma exposure can shift rapidly intraday. Signals that were valid at one point in the session may become invalid within minutes.
The NeuraEdge GEX/SIG platform — including but not limited to the four-quadrant framework, wall migration detection system, dealer settlement intelligence, conviction scoring engine, Level 3 strategy scanner, two-check entry system, and all underlying algorithms and methodologies — constitutes proprietary intellectual property of NeuraEdge.
By accessing this platform, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform or its methodology
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms
- Share your account credentials or platform access with any third party
- Use the platform's methodology to build or train competing products or services
- Publish, disclose, or describe the platform's internal mechanics in any public forum
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
Beta access is subject to the following terms:
- Founding member rate: $250/month, locked permanently while your subscription remains continuously active
- Free trial: 7 days from the date of payment method entry. No charge until day 8
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Rate forfeiture: Cancellation permanently forfeits the founding member rate. Resubscription will be at the then-current public rate
- Refunds: No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
- Price changes: The founding member rate is locked. Public pricing may change at any time
Your NeuraEdge account is personal and non-transferable. The following policies apply:
- A maximum of 3 concurrent device sessions are permitted per account
- Sharing account credentials with any other person is a violation of these terms
- Simultaneous logins from geographically distant locations may be flagged as credential sharing
- Accounts found to be shared will be terminated immediately without refund
- NeuraEdge reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violation of these terms
NeuraEdge GEX/SIG is currently in beta. As a beta product:
- The platform may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
- Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
- Data feeds may experience interruptions or delays
- Downtime may occur during maintenance or updates
NeuraEdge assumes no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any other damages arising from platform downtime, data errors, or any other beta-related issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraEdge and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the platform
- Any trading decisions made based on platform outputs
- Data inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions
- Any unauthorized access to your account
- Any other matter relating to the platform
