Terms of Service

Welcome to NeuraEdge ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to or using any NeuraEdge product — including NeuraEdge GEX/SIG Dashboard and NeuraEdge Delta Flow Pro — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or subscribe to any NeuraEdge product.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use any NeuraEdge product. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

NeuraEdge GEX/SIG Dashboard — A web-based SaaS platform providing real-time gamma exposure analysis, dealer positioning intelligence, quadrant regime detection, and options strategy context for SPY/SPX and other tickers. Access is provided via a Stripe subscription and secured login. Billing is managed through Stripe.

NeuraEdge Delta Flow Pro — An invite-only TradingView Pine Script indicator providing institutional delta flow analysis, CVD tracking, divergence detection, and confluence scoring. Access is granted via TradingView's Invite-Only Script feature tied to your TradingView username.

Both products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. NeuraEdge is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planning firm. Nothing we provide constitutes investment, trading, or financial advice.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the complete loss of capital. Past performance of any signal, indicator, or framework is not indicative of future results.

We do not guarantee:

• Profit or positive returns of any kind
• Accuracy or reliability of any data output or analytical reading
• Improvements in your trading performance
• Any specific outcome from use of either product

You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made solely by you, and you accept full responsibility for any financial outcomes.

• All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial — no charge during the trial period
• After the trial ends, the subscription fee is automatically charged unless cancelled beforehand
• You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account portal to avoid being charged
• After the trial ends and payment is processed, no refunds are provided (see Refund Policy)
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• Billing is handled securely by Stripe — NeuraEdge does not store your payment card information. To cancel, log in to your Stripe account → Subscriptions → Cancel

• Access is provided via secure login credentials issued through your Stripe subscription
• Accounts are limited to 3 concurrent sessions — additional sessions will terminate existing ones
• Credentials are for single-user use only and may not be shared
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• NeuraEdge reserves the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious multi-user activity

• You must provide your exact TradingView username during checkout
• Access is granted to that username only and cannot be transferred
• Sharing, distributing, or reselling your invite access is strictly prohibited
• Attempting to extract or copy the Pine Script source code is prohibited
• TradingView platform availability is outside NeuraEdge's control — no refunds for platform outages

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to either product
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary methodology
• Use either product to build competing tools or derivative works
• Share credentials, session tokens, or invite access with any third party
• Misrepresent NeuraEdge, its brand, or its products in any public forum
• Use either product in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith

NeuraEdge reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to either or both products at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, chargebacks or payment disputes, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any activity threatening the integrity of our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including trading losses, missed opportunities, loss of data, platform outages, or financial damages of any kind arising from your use of either product.

Your subscription is for educational purposes only. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

NeuraEdge reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of either product at its sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NeuraEdge products shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
