Refund Policy

Overview: All NeuraEdge subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No charge during the trial. Once billed, no refunds are issued — digital access is delivered immediately upon payment. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.

7-Day Free Trial

All NeuraEdge subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period.

  • Trial begins immediately upon subscription activation
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends — no charge will apply
  • Cancellation must be completed through your Stripe account before trial expiry
  • If not cancelled before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged

Tip: We recommend setting a calendar reminder before your trial ends if you decide not to continue.

No Refund Policy

Once the 7-day trial has expired and your subscription is billed, no refunds are issued. This applies to all NeuraEdge products without exception.

This policy exists because:

  • Both products are entirely digital — no physical goods are exchanged
  • GEX/SIG Dashboard: access to proprietary real-time data infrastructure is delivered immediately upon payment
  • The full value of the product is delivered upon activation
  • Refunds would enable bad-faith use of the 7-day trial for free access

No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access remains active until the end of the paid period and will not renew thereafter.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

To cancel: log in to your Stripe account → Subscriptions → Cancel. For assistance, email support@neura-edge.com.

Fraud & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting NeuraEdge support will result in:

  • Immediate permanent revocation of your GEX/SIG Dashboard account
  • Reporting to Stripe's fraud prevention system

If you have a genuine billing concern, please contact support@neura-edge.com before initiating any dispute. We will work to resolve legitimate issues promptly.

Exceptions

NeuraEdge does not grant refund exceptions. This policy is firm and applies equally to all users. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please make full use of the 7-day free trial before your subscription is charged.
